HoustonCooking.com was started by Janice Rudd, founder and president of and Andiamo Specialty Travel, Inc..  In February 2002, AST "imported" Chef Giuseppina Pizzolato from Italy for two weeks of cooking classes and private dinners in Houston.  Janice believed there was no reason not to offer these fun events throughout the year!  She recruited some of Houston's most popular cooking teachers to join her in HoustonCooking.com.
